Island Hopping In Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
One of the not-to-missed activity you can do while you are in Kota Kinabalu is to go island hopping. A day trip to a tropical island is a great way to chill out. It is only a 20 minute boat ride away from the city, and you set foot on a beautiful island surrounded by pristine water.
You can go scuba diving, snorkeling or jet ski around the island, go swimming or get a bit of a tan just soaking up the sun with a book on the beach. Do not forget to bring your camera, most islands have a hiking trail and have their own indigenous wildlife.
Most snorkeling gear can be rented while you are on Manukan island, but you should book your scuba diving trip in advance.
