My internet marketing journey lead me to Offline Marketing. More specifically, I provide local business owners with a business website and perform search engine optimization work for them. If you are marketing online, there is no way to get away from building websites and providing SEO.

One of my latest project is Car Rental Kota Kinabalu. They are an established business in the rent a car industry. They also had an existing website but since that wasn't doing very much for them, they asked me to re-do their website in Wordpress.

Now, normally this would not be an issue as I focus solely on Wordpress websites. The problem is, do you know how many car rental themes are available? JUST ONE. It took me about 2 weeks before I managed to get the theme working consistently. This was a theme that handled online booking and is designed to work with car rentals. I happened to think it looked beautiful and that made it worthwhile to iron out the kinks in it so to speak.

The only other option was to use plugins to handle the booking function. But that ended up costing more than $300 per year due to the functionality we needed. Add that to my usual fees and we had to find another option.
